Dalila Gonçalves (b. 1982) is a Portuguese artist living and working in Porto, Portugal. She graduated in Visual Arts from the Fa- culty of Fine Arts in Porto (2005) and later obtained a master’s degree in Visual Arts Education from the Faculties of Fine Arts and Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto (2009). She mainly uses video, photography, ceramics, sculpture, and installations in her body of work, which encompasses notions of time and the perception of what is seen and what is in the background, away from the beholder. Her latest exhibition, No ouvido há labirintos e cristais (2021), was held at the Galería Rafael Ortiz, in Seville.
